Personal Moments Of Theatrical Release

We all have those moments. Where we want to define ourselves. Express ourselves. Define what we do for an audience.

Time for Personal Expressions. These are moments of Theatrical Release.

For some like myself it is a literal stage. And for others it is a variation due to their circumstances and environment. It could be in the office with pictures they surround their desk with.

Some of us need to let go! Get our expressions out!

We take a moment in our dressing room of choice.

Be whoever we choose to be. Create a persona that embodies our biggest, hopes, dreams and greatest fears. Project them to others to promote collective sympathy.

Now it is time for us to express in our own way. This is the moment,. It is our time to plant the seeds of this theatrical release to our impeniding audience. It is our chance to explore creativity and our need for self expression.

Trust In The Experience And Relinquish Some Control

Recently, we took a balloon ride over a wine country field. When we first got there fear struck us both hard. We saw the small basket that twelve of us were supposed to fit in. It seemed like the crew were working the last minute in a hurried attempt to throw this event together.

Neither one of us had ever been on a balloon ride. We did not know anything about it. We were unsure where they were taking us and where would we land.

Once we got up there it was a different story. The country view was stunning. It was an incredible reflective place. It was an altitude of inner peace.

Just like in the story in my book Go Bare Maximum , I realized that letting go and trusting in the experience and relinquishing control led to a journey well worth the prior anxiety and uncertainty.

Keep Them Asking Tell Me More Not Tell Me Something Else!

I hope when I have conversations with people; they say, “tell me more” and not have a look on their face that says ,’ “tell me something else’.

This is why I publish books and hang out in tunnels with poets, musicians and dancers.

If someone asked me, “What did you do all weekend?” And i replied , “just watched tv but mostly played video games.” Most people dont say, “thats interesting tell me more about playing video games and watching tv.” Most people begin to give a blank stare which reads ,”next subject please.”

Every life experience should lead to more conversations and more interest.

Every time we are finished with a sentence ends with, “tell me more.”

The conversation continues as long as the interest persists.

Are There Some Things In Your Life You Wish You Could Unsee?

Did you witness an inappropriate moment with your parents? Did you capture an unfortunate visual incident of someone who shouldn’t be wearing that outfit? Something else in your life you saw that you wish you could block out?

Do you wish there was a button you could push?

Tell me I did not just see that! I had a roommate that asked me the ironic question.

She asked me have you ever seen something you could unsee?

Yes, Carrie Kipling the time you chased your boyfriend out of the house in a leaopardskin nighty!
