Yes we all need some form of external validation.
I write articles, stories and poems(poems under Bob Eager) and it feels good to have an obscure journal publish it and have another person sees value in it.
But I do not need daily validation minute by minute and affirm who I am kind of thing. Please call me what I call myself.
