From Assessment to Interview From Boat to Island

Does your kid tell you they keep applying for jobs but never hear back?

How are they answering Assesment questions?

This may lead them to not make it to the next phase the Job Interview

Think about it like getting on a boat and going on to an island.

Before this we must know how they are filling out an application.

Hopefully, they are not putting jobs they only had for two months on their aplication.

Employers want to know that employees will stay there for a certain amount of time. Rule of thumb is at least a year definitely not under 6 months. The exception might be a temporary or seasonal job.

The way some fill out their application and then assessment will cause ome of the boats around them already sink.

Other boats may make it to the island but our forced to go back on the water
